Fun together and fun altogether!

PGA National's Waters of the World

Thanks to Aunt Ann for watching Hannah and Leah for us...we had a half day date! We went to the gym for a run together, had breakfast, swam in the pools at The Waters of the World, and then had lunch at J. Alexander's! The pools were amazing! We could've stayed there all day. They have two hot tubs, one ice cold tub, a regular pool (this picture), a pool with water from France and a pool with water from Turkey (I believe...) Very relaxing!

Hannah has been wanting to go to "the park with the blue top." She can see this park from the highway. We loved it! The whole park is shaded by a big blue tarp. As you can see Hannah loved it! Leah had fun too but it's getting harder to keep track of what she touches as she's crawling everywhere now.

Picture of the WEEK!

The girls got a Princess playhut but it doesn't work quite right. We got it from a consignment shop so after calling them they said to keep it and they'd credit our account. Since it's free and the girls don't know it's broken they've had so much fun in it. Just look at their faces!

Leah is 8 months old today!

Happy 8 months Leah!
Today we went to the Burns Road waterpark. Hannah still doesn't like water in her face so that made it difficult as water shots up everywhere. She did go down one slide twice but you had to twist her arm to do it. Leah loved splashing in the water. She crawled in the shallow end and loved it. Too bad everyone got called out as a storm was coming. We were only there for about 45 minutes. Maybe we'll wait a few more years on this place too...

Hollywood Hannah is not ready for the movies

Last week Jon took Hannah to see Alvin and the Chipmunks, a free movie at Cobb Theatre, and they only lasted about 40 minutes until she wanted to go home. Today Renee took Hannah to see Surf's Up, about a surfing penquin. Hannah was ready after 15 minutes...we think she liked the snacks the best. Oh well, here are some cute pictures. Maybe she'll be ready for the movies next year.

Leah is starting to crawl!

John G's for breakfast

The famous John G's restaurant ....we finally went this morning after being told for years how good it is. The last time we planned to go was the day Leah was born, almost 8 months ago! So we made it finally today. We both got the Cinnamon Nut French Toast and loved it! If it wasn't so hot outside we would've stayed longer at the pier. Lake Worth beach area is really pretty.

Paradise just minutes away

We are crazy about Dubois Park in Jupiter (about 25 minutes from our house.) We love the lagoon section as it gives a easy access to the calm water for the girls. Hannah loves how she can walk around and not even have to swim. We love the beautiful of it all as you can see gorgeous houses, boats and the lighthouse one way and palm trees and preserves another direction. Here are some pictures and a video of our three hour adventure yesterday. Our table had 5 palm trees surrounding it so it made it feel like paradise when you laid underneath them.
We couldn't be more proud of Hannah.
She even got comfortable enough to take off her shoes and floaties.

Snack time...however we would've stayed longer but we didn't bring lunch with us. Next time.

Leah was great and really loves water. She wouldn't look or smile for me because everything around her was so interesting.

The Jupiter Lighthouse!

Our sandcastle...

Daddy and the girls. We got there around 9:15am before many people were there. It was nice and quiet then. But by 11am it was packed.

Leah loved how she could kick the dirt underneath her toes. So far no dirt issues with Leah!

There's a first time for everything...

Hannah willing walked in the sand tonight at the beach! This is a milestone for her and us as we didn't have to carry her to the towel! We decided to just go to Palm Beach to sit and play after dinner tonight. Hannah was great and had a good time in the sand. Leah enjoyed it too. Fourth of July will be now be remembered.
